The Zodiac Guide to Pamper Your Man's Pants Off This Valentine's

We are sure your man has lined up a lot of things for you to celebrate the day of love. But tell us something, what have you planned for him? If you are confused then worry not because here are things according to his zodiac sign which are absolutely perfect for him and guess what, they don't cost a thing.

Aries
Pamper him a lot because he will love it. He constantly needs attention. Also, don't forget that he is one of the fanciest of the sun signs, so how about a small gift for him for every hour of the day. The small gifts can be classy and emotional at the same time. A really nice perfume, a leather bag or even a pair of leather shoes; he will love them all.

Taurus
For all you know, your Taurus man wants to be left alone even if it is Valentine's Day. Going all out and celebrating with a lot of PDA just isn't his thing. So remember to make him comfortable in the day, make an awesome breakfast in bed and then spend some quality time with him in bed.

Gemini
The Gemini man is all about party and romance and what better way than to make him feel super special on Valentine's Day. Start with a special wake-up call (if you know what we mean) and then take him out for a nice lazy brunch. Spend the day eating mimosas near a beach and then dress up in the evening to go out clubbing. He will love you.

Cancer
The cancer man loves food. Give him some home-cooked food and he will love you forever. So why not plan an elaborate meal for him for the evening. A great scrumptious meal for the evening with some fancy cocktails followed by some love making. He is also an emotional man, so saying out things like how important he is to you will make a big difference.

Leo
The Lion is lazy as hell we tell you. He will love to go all out for you, but will expect the same in return. So make his Valentine's Day special by ignoring him in the beginning and then by the time he is completely pissed, surprise him with his favourite wine or scotch and a fancy watch he has been lusting after. Don't forget to dine with him.

Virgo
The cleanliness freak Virgo will love it if everything is well-planned and well-executed. So start with a heritage walk or a nice tour of a historical monument with a guide and then take him to an old-world restaurant or the kind of food he loves. The Virgo man likes to get gifts of things which he absolutely needs. So find out if he has been checking out for those Bluetooth speakers online and buy him that.

Libra
A Libra man is all about dining and wining. Go all out when wooing him. From a nice romp between the sheets followed by a long slumber, take him out for a romantic stroll in the park or to the beach. Write him a letter with a rose telling him why he is so important to you. Don't forget to mention his looks along with other things, because Libra men are a bit vain as well. And last but not the least, spend the evening dressed to the hilt in some gooey restaurant eating the finest.

Scorpio
Ah! The ever-stinging Scorpio. He loves to pamper but loves to be pampered as well. One wrong move and there he will be with his stingers out. So don't take too many risks when he is concerned. Go with what you already know about him. Things he likes to do and gifts he would really want. Plan accordingly and he will love you.

Sagittarius
The centaur is half-man and half-horse after all. So he will never want to stay at one place on Valentine's Day. He would want to gallop away to a beautiful place for the day of love. Plan it for him. Instead of giving him a day, give him an entire weekend of love and plan it in a rustic cabin in some forest or on the beach. Some time near the waters and some in the bed and you are good to go.

Capricorn
Capricorn means business even in love. Ambitious and focused on what they want, chances are he is going to spend Valentine's Day on a con call or in meetings. Why not splurge on yourself and get the super sexy lingerie which will melt his bones. One glimpse at you and he is bound to hang up the phone. Ideal gifts for him will be a smart pen or formal clothes.

Aquarius
The ever-romantic Aquarian will be making it all special for you, but then why don't you try and do something special for him as well. Like booking a special couple's massage for him or even just give him a massage. Then pamper him with a nice meal. Don't forget to pamper him with a lot of loving words and care.

Pisces
The Piscean boy is the most romantic of the whole lot. Chances are he has a whole day or even an entire weekend planned for you. You will have to really go all out to beat him to it. Think surprise trips and bouquets and love letters and a mysterious car sent to him which takes him to a restaurant where you are waiting in a hot dress.

I’m Single & I Love Valentine’s Day

Okay, so when did the world announce that singles should diss the ultimate day of love and spend shunning it? How long have I been sleeping for? What era am I in? I have questions and I'm not sure if there are answers! Does your relationship status really decide if you should be spending Valentine's Day with a better half? Can't it be with anyone you love? Your best friend, your mother, your sister or yourself! Why does it always have to be about shunning Valentine's Day just because you are single?
I remember how my single friends start making plans of staying in all day, doing nothing, because they don't have a date on D-day. They would sulk about it. Forget the other singles. I love Valentine's Day. I love celebrating the day of love with my special someone(s).
Unlike most of my friends, I don't want to abolish February 14. It's mostly hated by the single community because it reminds them how single they are and how long it has been since they last dated. But seriously people, it is not about candlelight dinners or heart-shaped balloons or unrealistic expectations, it is just about being with someone you love. It can be anyone, absolutely anyone.
If I ruled the world, I would actually ask every one out there to express their love to that one person whom they can't live without or even those who they don't care about. Buy flowers for your boss, who you think hates you, or even your domestic help who just doesn't do anything you ask her to. It's about being compassionate and loving. Ideally, we all should be like this every single day, but it's wonderful to dedicate at least one day to love.
People in a relationship have fun on this day with their own versions of cheesy messages, gooey stuff and what not. You can do it as well, with your bestie or with a friend who just wants to hang out that day.
I love the feeling of love on Valentine's Day; the feeling of being loved, the feeling of being in love, with myself (for now). So stop hating Valentine's day because it is all about love and not hate.

ANTI-VALENTINE'S DAY: WAYS TO NOT CELEBRATE VALENTINE'S DAY

So you’re single this year and you can’t seem to avoid the sickeningly sweet couples, no matter where you go. If you’re hoping to avoid the surge of PDA during Valentine’s Day and you don’t know what to do, fear not we got you covered. You don’t have to mope around your room doing homework if you don’t have a date. Instead of sulking alone and weeping into your pillow, throw a party for you and your single girlfriends and get your Anti-Valentine’s Day on!

1. Break Out The Anti-Romance Tunes To Belt At The Top Of Your Lungs (& Make A Music Video!)

It’s time to make a playlist of the best anti-love anthems on your iTunes. What’s better than sing-shouting “We are NEVER EVER EVER getting back together!” with your girlfriends? If you’re willing to take it one step further, why not direct and star in your own music video featuring one of the songs? Here’s a list of some songs that you can get creative with:

“How To Be A Heartbreaker” by Marina and The Diamonds
“Blank Space” by Taylor Swift
“So What” by Pink
“Somebody That I Used To Know” by Gotye
“Me Myself and I” by Beyonce
“Lips Are Movin” by Meghan Trainor
“Since U Been Gone” by Kelly Clarkson
“Gives You Hell” by All American Rejects
“So Yesterday” by Hilary Duff
“Part of Me” by Katy Perry
“We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” by Taylor Swift
“Don’t Call Me Baby” by Kreesha Turner
“Knock Em Out” by Lily Allen
“Stronger” by Britney Spears
“Black Widow” by Iggy Azalea
“7 Things” by Miley Cyrus
“Fighter” by Christina Aguilera
“Forget You” by Cee Lo Green
2. Spam Your Facebook Page With Anti-Love Quote Statuses And Anti-Love Memes

While everyone is posting lovey-dovey statuses about unconditional, never-ending love, and Instagramming cutesy couples pictures or photos of their fancy dinners, bouquets of roses and expensive chocolates, why not counter those posts with some Anti-Valentine’s Day equivalents? If that’s not enough, find some anti-love memes to sprinkle a little Anti-Valentine’s spirit onto your friends’ timelines.
3. Create And Destroy A Heart-Shaped Piñata

It’s time to get crafty. Fill it up with whatever you like (candy and chocolate never hurt, as long as they're not Valentine’s products), or fill it up with nothing at all. You have to take out that aggression somehow; why not with a good old-fashioned beating? After all, hearts were made to be broken, lol.
4. Punch Up A Storm

Speaking of aggression, why not kick and punch it away? Instead of laying in bed, being haunted by the ghosts of Valentine’s past, get on your feet and get moving! While your loved-up friends are out eating fancy dinners and indulging in chocolates, why not work up a sweat and burn some calories? There are some good kickboxing workout videos worth checking out on YouTube.
5. Grade Your Exes

You’re used to being evaluated but for this special night, but now you’re the one that will be doing all the evaluating. Get your girls together and (not only complain about your exes), grade those exes too. Did he put his friends before you? Did he have any bad habits that annoyed you? Go on then, start writing on his report card. Once you’re done, share the results with your friends and see if they agree. After all, what’s the point of a get-together if you can’t trash your exes and feel a little better about the stupid holiday we call Valentine's?

14 Best Ideas To Make This Valentine's Day Memorable In Kolkata

PC: Priya Saha
Kolkata is a queen by nature, whispering secret stories and making you fall in love over and over again. Long story short, you don’t need to be in Paris to feel the magical spell of love and when it comes to celebrating love, Kolkata has its own style. Gifting a rose? Or buying those red heart shaped pillows? Well! It is not our cup of tea. Rather a puchka treat on the road side, tram ride along Maidan or a boat ride on Hoogly River charms Kolkatans any day.
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, we at Triphobo have come up with some interesting ideas to celebrate love right in the queen’s heart, Kolkata.

1. Go For An English Breakfast At Flury’s

Ask any Kolkatan as to where you can enjoy the perfect heritage breakfast in this city, Flury’s will be their answer. Since its first public opening in 1927, this heritage eatout has held up to its glory by serving perfect English breakfast. Sitting inside the legendary tearoom, savoring a hot cup of tea with freshly baked breads and bacons and watching the day pass by through its large glass windows itself makes a perfect start for the Valentine’s Day.

Step inside one of these parks, shut yourself away from the chaotic streets, hold your loved one’s hand and enjoy a leisure walk along the woods. It's a perfect place and time to bond with him or her which otherwise your hectic work schedule doest let you do so.

If walking around the city doesn’t sound an exciting idea, opt for a Bollywood style romance. Hop on a tram, the heritage ride of Kolkata. Hop on the tram that runs past the Maidan. Remember the famous scene in Yuva (hindi movie) where Vivek Oberoi takes Kareena Kapoor on a tram ride on their first date? Though tram has become an ancient mode of transport, but its lazy pace is surely going to be enchanting journey to relish the beauty of Kolkata. Make sure you and your lover get a window seat to enjoy the scenery.
